Shipping

Every order ships free by FedEx Ground to any street address in the fifty states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders placed before noon Pacific on a business day leave our warehouse the same day; otherwise the next business day. Delivery takes two to seven business days depending on where you are. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders, or outside the United States. Expedited shipping can be arranged at cost — email support@gordonrush.com before you order.

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the package. If tracking shows delivered and you do not have the package, check with neighbors and your building, then contact us within five days and we will open a claim with FedEx on your behalf.
