Warranty

A pair of Gordon Rush shoes should get better with wear. If something goes wrong with the way it was made, we will put it right.

What is covered

For six months from the date of delivery, we warrant to the original purchaser that shoes bought on gordonrush.com are free from defects in materials and workmanship — for example, a sole separating from the upper, stitching failing, or an eyelet pulling out under normal use.

What is not covered

Normal wear: sole and heel wear, creasing of the vamp, scuffs, softening, colour change from sun, water, or salt. Damage from misuse, accident, improper cleaning, or alteration by anyone other than us. Fit. Shoes bought from other retailers, which carry that retailer's policy.

How to make a claim

Email support@gordonrush.com with your order number, a description, and clear photographs of the problem. We will respond within two business days. If we need to see the shoes we will send a prepaid label. We will repair, replace with the same or an equivalent pair, or refund, at our choice. Repairs usually take two to three weeks.

Your rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state. It is in addition to, not instead of, any implied warranty required by law, which for this product is limited to the six-month period above where the law allows.
