Placing your order authorizes Gordon Rush to charge the amount to your credit card account. You will not actually be charged until the goods have been shipped. Please check your order information to avoid delays. When entering your card details please ensure accuracy and correct spelling of your name, card number, validity and the security code as displayed on your card. The security code for MasterCard and VISA is the last three-digits of the signature field on the back of the credit card. The security code for American Express is the four-digit security code located on the front of the card to the right and above the imprinted card number.
You can conveniently shop 24 hours a day at the Gordon Rush online store. Please note that we cannot accept orders via email, letter, phone or fax. Once you have chosen one of our products, you may add it to your shopping cart by clicking on "Add to Cart". You can easily retrieve and modify the content of your shopping bag by clicking on the respective symbol at the top right-hand corner of the page. To order the selected products, click on "Continue" and follow our step-by-step order process. Next steps will be to provide your personal information and then to select the delivery and payment method. You have the option of shipping directly to the billing address or to an alternate shipping address. The invoice is enclosed with your delivery, and is not sent separately. The last step provides you with an overview of your order and allows you to check and amend any of the information that you have provided. The order will not be placed unless you click on the "Order Now" button. Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. Please note that this email only confirms receipt of your order. Once your order has been accepted and processed, you will receive an email containing the tracking number, which will allow you to track the status of the delivery online. The product view displays all of the items that are available at the time of your visit. Any sizes that are out of stock will be inactive or will be highlighted in grey. In rare cases (for example, during the holiday season), several customers may simultaneously select one item, which will then be out of stock. Items that have sold out can generally not be reordered. If this occurs, we will inform you by email that the selected item is sold out. It is possible that a sold out item will become available again at a later time.
Promotion codes and discounts can be used as a full or partial payment in the shopping cart. Please note that certain conditions may apply to the codes and discounts, for example a minimum order value. Only one promotion code can be used per order. SHIPPING - STANDARD GROUND
Following credit card authorization and verification of information, you will receive your order within approximately 5 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Gordon Rush offers free FedEx ground shipping on all orders. Free shipping applies to standard ground FedEx shipping method only. You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped.
SHIPPING - EXPRESS
For an extra charge we offer FedEx 2 day shipping for the continental USA only.
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return your shoes for a full refund within 30 days of the original shipping date. The returned shoes must be in unworn, new condition and in the original packaging. We accept returns from products purchased at our online store only. We do not accept returns on items purchased at one of our retail partner stores.
Return shipping is always complimentary. Please use the prepaid return label enclosed in your original shipment to return the item(s).
We will notify you via email once your returned items have been received and inspected by our warehouse. If the items meet the return criteria specified above, your credit card will be refunded within 7 business days of receipt.
The Gordon Rush online store has been optimized for a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 px. You will also need a recent version of a browser such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari or Opera.
