Return and Exchange Policy Guidelines

At Gordon Rush, we believe every customer should experience the best service possible online. All purchases at gordonrush.com are protected by our online return and exchange policy, and our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Exchanges

We know proper fit and sizing are crucial to your comfort and satisfaction; to exchange unworn product for the same item in an alternate size or color, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Fill out the Exchange portion below.
  2. Attach the prepaid Fed-Ex return label enclosed in your original shipment to the outside of your package containing your invoice and unworn/undamaged product, and present to any Fed-Ex carrier.

New merchandise will ship via Fed-Ex ground delivery within 24 hours of receiving the product(s) from the original shipment. If the requested product is currently unavailable, you will be contacted via email with a delivery estimate. If you wish to expedite the shipping of your new merchandise, you may contact our customer service department via phone or email at anytime. Your card will be charged upon shipment of the replacement product(s), and credited back once we receive the original merchandise.

We cannot exchange product for a different style or item. Any such request will be treated as a return and should follow the steps outlined below.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase at gordonrush.com, we will gladly accept your unworn, undamaged merchandise for a full refund. Please follow the instructions below:

  1. Fill out the return portion below.
  2. Attach the prepaid Fed-Ex return label enclosed in your original shipment to the outside of your package containing your invoice and unworn/ undamaged product, and present to any Fed-Ex carrier.

You have the opportunity to obtain your refund in the same form as the original payment, or as credit on your gordonrush.com account.

At Gordon Rush, we want your returns and exchanges to be as seamless as possible. We will gladly accept unworn, undamaged merchandise within 60 days of your original receipt.

Return and Exchange Shipping

Because we value your investment, the prepaid Fed-Ex return label ensures a penalty-free, user-friendly return and exchange experience. Gordon Rush will cover Fed-Ex ground shipping costs for replacement merchandise in exchanges with only a nominal $5.00 handling fee. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping charges.

Notes on our Retail Partners:

We hope you enjoyed your shopping experience at some of the world End most prestigious retailers. Any product purchased at a department or specialty store location should be returned or exchanged at the location of purchase. We stand behind our quality 100% and have strong partnerships with these retailers. If you have any issues or concerns that are not addressed by these retailers, please contact us and we will do everything in our power to ensure your satisfaction.
